From Courtney: "This hybrid Yoga class is offered in-person and on Zoom. The Zoom information is below! This is a Vinyasa-style Yoga flow for all levels - variations and modifications are offered as we flow through together, pairing breath and movement. As the instructor, I use both verbal and visual cues (I practice with the class) so that everyone can lean in to their own practice."

This class is offered every Monday and Friday, 12-1pm, with the same Zoom link!

Check your email for the Zoom link. Can't find it? Email Liz Horvath at lghorvath@brynmawr.edu for assistance.

If you can’t make it to campus, check with your local club to see if there is a Watch Party scheduled. If not, gather some BMC friends and celebrate with your own Party In A Box*, which we will send to you. Send your name, address and the number in your party to clubs@brynmawr.edu by Tuesday, October 15, with subject line ‘Party In A Box’. Available in the continental US.
